MY FAVORITE ONLINE BUSINESS TOOLS AND RESOURCES
This page contains affiliate links which means I may earn a small commission if you click through and make a purchase. I only recommend tools that I use and trust.
Running an online business means juggling with many tasks, many ideas and many projects at the same time, and it ain’t easy, I know! Thankfully, there are many tools and resources available that make our job easier!
Today I want to share with you some tools that I use in my business every single day and that helped me enormously to get organized and to save time:
Squarespace: In my opinion, this is the best way to have a professional website without having to learn how to code or having to install a thousand plugins. I really like building my pages with it! At the beginning, you need to learn how the blocks work and what you need to do to insert images, text, etc..but once you’ve grasped the basics, it’s very intuitive and you can create clean and professional pages.
G Suite: A very practical and useful place to store my documents and share files with my clients. It’s so useful because I don’t have to worry about the space on my desktop, now I have many folders in Drive and everything is organized there.
Dubsado: This is a business management platform and I use it on a weekly basis to keep organized with my clients. I use this tool to create and send them proposals and invoices. The client experience becomes seamless and professional.
Canva: I love designing in Canva: it’s very quick and easy to create graphics with it! With the free version, you can create amazing visuals. If you want to upgrade to Canva Pro you’ll be able to upload your fonts, get everything organized in folders, get access to millions of photos and resize your designs.
Creative Market: Whether or not you’re a designer, you need graphics for your business. This is a wonderful place to find stock photos, illustrations, templates and so many assets for your business. That’s where I found the font for my logo and I love it! Did you know that you can get free goods every week sent directly to your email? So much great stuff!
Zoom: This is my favorite way to make video calls with my clients. It’s very intuitive and easy to use. I’ve seen that many business owners have chosen it as their main form of communication and I totally understand why.
Calendly: No more back and forth emails! Just send the link to your calendar and people can choose the best time for them to book a call! You can customize it by choosing the questions that you want to ask (for example, I ask name, email address and website).
Tailwind: I couldn’t live without it! I use it to manage Pinterest for my clients and myself. Apart from scheduling pins, it has so many other great features that make everything easier! You can create board lists and it also detects automatically the best time to post, based on when your audience is most active. Read here why I use Tailwind for my business.
Styled Stock Society: in online business, visuals are very important because we want to give an excellent first impression. This site has gorgeous photos, videos and also templates; the images are really stunning and can’t recommend it enough! Get 25 great stock photos for free!
Loom: this is a great tool to record videos from your laptop. You can record your screen and camera, only screen or only camera. The best part is that it’s instantly available and you can share it with your audience.
